Brian Buffini is Chairman and Founder of Buffini & Company. Born and raised in Ireland, he immigrated to the United States in 1986 and entered the real estate business in San Diego. Rather than follow traditional lead-generation methods, however, Buffini developed a sophisticated framework to grow his business 100% by referral. This system, shaped over generations of the family business in Ireland, helped him forge strong relationships with clients. The ability to generate a predictable supply of high-quality, referred leads meant that his time was not spent advertising or prospecting, but was instead devoted to providing clients with first-class service. Buffini quickly became a multi-million dollar producer.

Joe Niego, as a neighborhood kid growing up on the South Side of Chicago, always had a love for hard work and helping people. Alongside his brothers, he was a star college basketball player and was the second draft choice of the NBA's Houston Rockets.
